National
Museums located in national destinations offer a broad range of art and valuable programming experiences. Often housed in dynamic structures both the art within and the building may be of interest. Significant collections, amassed through private and corporate funding convey stories of families, industry and heritage as well as works in response to contemporary culture. As you set your travel plans, make sure and familiarize yourself with cultural offerings. Rather than listing every museum, have presented well known museums in each region. I recommend seeking out the smaller museums with as much enthusiasm.
